How do you feel about yourself?

Truthfully how do you feel about yourself?

Are you sad, unhappy, anxious or depressed?

If you are, then I totally understand.

Only in the last few days have I noticed how much better I feel about myself.

I received a numerology and personal reading at the end of last year but listened to it last night again. It really sunk in how much I was going through not that long ago.

Burnt out, suffering from adrenal fatigue, attracting too many codependent people, anxious and depressed and off track with my whole Self Love journey.

In a cycle of discounting, giving away for free and over giving.

I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders.

I have been told by many people that I have struggled to be a part of this earth which is true. Thinking why the fuck am I here? It won’t surprise you that I like to learn lessons the hard way.

I was way down my priority list and even a couple of months ago, I was only maybe number 3/4. Not good, right?

No wonder I was getting viruses, my immune system was low and spirit entities were attached to me.

I started to take responsibility and become really honest with myself.

Why was I trying to save people?

Why did I have a fear of not being liked?

Rewiring my brain to my body, dealing with my whole energy system and not beating myself up. Plus establishing healthy boundaries was key.

Even the chiropractor told me this is not an injury, sort out your mind or whatever is going on. Once I did my shoulder eased right up.

I am more relaxed, excited, happy, healthy and enjoying life again.

Putting my own Self Love practices into place has relighted the fire in me to help others love their bodies and themselves. I have literally learned the hard way for you.

Things have been changing round here. I have got some exciting things going on in the background about loving your body and you’ll be the first to know when I share the news.

We all would love to escape from the tough times but unfortunately they keep chasing after us and until we pay attention, they will keep kicking our derrières into touch.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience so if you’re struggling with self love, know that this is temporary and you can change it.

You are not alone.
